2025 GIA Project Review: Not So Distant

2025年陽明交通大學建築研究所展覽「沒有想像中的遠 (Not So Distant)」以宏觀視角探索建築作品之間的微觀連結，重新詮釋其與外界的關係。展覽將每件作品視為節點(node)，透過關鍵字、理念及空間關係等作為連結(link)，編織出一個動態的設計網絡，試圖揭示建築作品間看似獨立卻緊密相關的特質，也呈現作品之間的交互影響與共鳴。展覽中，觀者可藉由數位裝置進行互動選取，在不同作品的概念與語意脈絡中穿梭，跳脫作品原有的框架，激發與設計者及作品間更深層的對話，誘發新的觀展體驗。

The 2025 exhibition "Not So Distant" by the Graduate Institute of Architecture at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University adopts a macro perspective to explore the micro-connections between architectural works, redefining their relationship with the broader context. Each work is viewed as a node, linked through keywords, concepts, and design approaches to weave a dynamic design network. This approach reveals the seemingly independent yet deeply interconnected nature of architectural works, highlighting their mutual connection. Through our interactive website, viewers can actively select and navigate the conceptual and semantic connections between works. This experience transcends the original boundaries of physical exhibitions, fostering deeper dialogue with designers and viewers while sparking new ways of engaging with the exhibition.

Tien Ling: We All Live In A Spatial Database

收集，整理，轉換，分析，篩選，儲存；
匯總，統計，提取，檢索，合併，分割；
標記，呈現，分類，壓縮，疊合，比較；
取樣，平均，關聯，類比，對應，生成。

我們將複雜拼接的城市，與綿延蔓生的地景，區分為不連續的資料點，排列與組合，微分與積分，位移、縮放、複製、貼上。當我們生活在空間的資料庫，這些資訊處理的動作，也就是我們梳理城鄉地理與建築空間的方式。

展覽呈現陽明交通建築所凌天近年在建築領域的教學研究與創作，以地理資訊、空間詮釋和媒介表現的角度，呈現臺中流動的都市系統，新竹疊合的空間資訊，桃園埤塘的地貌特徵，與高鐵帶來的西部地景變革等作品。

As we live in a spatial database, we distinguish the complex patchwork of the city and the sprawling landscape into discrete data points. These spatial, architectural and geographical points are arranged, combined, differentiated, integrated, displaced, scaled, copied, and pasted.

This exhibition presents recent architectural research and creative work by Tien Ling at the Graduate Institute of Architecture, NYCU. Through geographic information, spatial interpretation, and media, the exhibition showcases works such as Taichung's flowing urban system, Hsinchu's overlaying spatial information, Taoyuan's geomorphological characteristics, and the landscape transformations brought by the high-speed rail in Taiwan.

YUYU YANG : The Art of Limitlessness

《英風百年：藝術無界》是對臺灣藝術大師楊英風一生創作的回顧。展覽通過四大主題—「緣起交大」、「豐年英風」、「遊學羅馬」及「景觀雕塑」一一呈現了楊英風的藝術生涯。透過橫跨多個領域的豐富創作，包括版畫、水彩、速寫、插漫畫、雕塑、景觀規畫、雷射和攝影等不同媒材作品，展示了楊英風在不同時期的代表作，也深刻描繪了他的作品如何影響和塑造臺灣乃至全球的公共藝術景觀。本展覽不僅回顧了楊英風一生的藝術創作，也突顯了他與陽明交通大學的深厚緣分，肯定了他在藝術、文化和教育領域的持續影響力。

The exhibition "YUYU YANG: The Art of Limitlessness" reviews Taiwanese art master YUYU YANG's life creation. We chose artistic creations from many fields in the exhibition, including watercolor, ink, sketch, printmaking, comics, illustrations, design, stone carving, sculptures of different materials, landscape planning, laser art, photography, and so on. YUYU YANG's works show an innovative spirit and profoundly influence the art of public landscape in Taiwan and worldwide.

藝家人－「線・相」
許文融、徐華嬬、許崴滋聯展

Family of the art- “Line, Features” 
Hsu, Wen Rong & Hsu,  Hua Ju, & Hsu, Wei Tzu  Group Exhibition 

是一家人的「藝家人」，許文融、徐華嬬、許崴滋在虛相與實相之間，以「線」拉開延伸，通過雕塑、水墨、油彩等媒材注入了他們自身的，或意向性、或抽象性、或情感性，屬於他們各自不同的意境美與氣韻美的味道與風格。

為了將中華文化「書」與「畫」，所追求的「線型」與「線性」美和詩的意境，這種剛柔得中起承轉合，屬於中華文化的超凡脫俗的美感呈現出來。他選擇具連貫的、一氣呵成的草書行筆，以不鏽鋼與青銅為媒材，運用西方的素行觀念，結合中國書法的線性美，形構出或佛或山石或樹的形體，於三度立體空間中；是將中國文學充滿禪意且令人思緒沉澱的詩境意象，如陶淵明、李白、蘇東坡等象徵中華文化意象的詩詞運用在作品中。「東方文人新美學」這樣的意識形態方式把中華民族古典文學的意興風格發揮至他的雕塑作品上，在經由形塑組合之後，都深具文學意涵與詩作的意境。這樣結合中國詩的意境與書法的線性作為立體雕塑的表現，是一種將古代文人的感觸與今之觀者的情感巧妙的合而為一；本質上便是一種融合中國人文精神所講究的融情於景、以景托情的創作形式。

徐華嬬的作品是以「女性/生活」為凝視點，以特有的女性經驗關注、女性情感生活與思想的創作呈現，她亦是通過用筆勾線，形構對象物的輪廓，並藉由線的變化與色的暈染傳達欲呈現的畫面情感與意境；尤其人物的表現更是追求形貌傳神，無論坐或臥…各種神情姿態皆由筆下的線條開始呈現，一幅幅屬於她女性的細膩情感與歲月靜好、閒適自在生活美學。

許崴滋畢業於倫敦藝術大學純藝術繪畫系，她亦善於以工筆細膩及優美的線條，以或疏密、或粗細及虛實變化的用筆節奏與韻律充分體現「應物用線」的美感與技巧來表現不同的對象物。她利用線條描繪，如同一種繪畫書寫，記錄下她個體意識的存在，在這反覆勾勒的過程中，透過自我觀察，再書寫，再反思，以這樣的方式不斷地去進行自我發掘。

As a family of artists, Hsu Wen-Rong, Hsu Hua-Ju, and Hsu Wei-Tzu use "line" to extend between the virtual and the real, injecting their own intentionality, abstraction, and emotion into their works through the mediums of sculpture, ink, and oils, each with their own different rhythms and styles of beauty and aesthetics.

In order to present the beauty of "line" and "linearity" and the poetic mood pursued by the Chinese culture of "calligraphy" and "painting", which is the transcendent beauty of the Chinese culture that starts and stops in the midst of rigidity and flexibility, Hsu Wen-Rong chooses to use a consistent, one-piece work that has the same meaning as the other. He chooses a coherent, one-stroke cursive brushwork, using stainless steel and bronze as the medium, applying Western concepts of the vein line, combined with the linear beauty of Chinese calligraphy, to create forms of Buddha, rocks and trees in a three-dimensional space; he also applies poetic images that are full of Zen in Chinese literature and that make people's minds sink into the depths of their thoughts, such as poems by Tao Yuan-Ming, Li Bai, and Su Dong-Po that are symbolic of Chinese cultural imagery. The ideological approach of "New Aesthetics of Oriental Literati" has brought the classical Chinese literary style into his sculptures, which, when combined with form and shape, have a deep literary connotation and a poetic mood. This combination of the mood of Chinese poetry and the linearity of calligraphy as a three-dimensional sculpture is a way of subtly combining the feelings of ancient literati with the emotions of today's viewers; in essence, it is a form of creation that incorporates the humanistic spirit of China's emphasis on blending feelings into the scenery and using the scenery to support the feelings.

Hsu Hua-Ju's works are based on the focus on "women/life", and the creation of women's emotional life and thoughts with a unique concern for women's experience. She also uses her brush to draw lines to form the contours of the objects, and uses the changes in lines and the colouring to convey the emotions and mood of the picture. All the gestures are presented by the lines of her brush, and the delicate emotions and aesthetics of her life are the result of her feminine touch and the tranquility of the time.

Graduated from the Department of Pure Art Painting of the University of the Arts London, Hsu Wei Tzu is also adept at using delicate and elegant lines, which may be sparse, dense, thick, thin, and with variations in reality.
The rhythm of the brush strokes fully realizes the beauty and skill of "using lines to respond to objects." Her use of lines is like a kind of painting and writing, recording the existence of her personal consciousness. In the process of repeated sketching, she observes herself, writes again, reflects again, and continuously explores herself in a way.

除了回收之外，
舊衣物還可以透過二次創作轉化成藝術品！

本活動鼓勵大家拿出想丟棄的舊衣物
任意剪下一塊方形
留下想要說的話
可能是一段情感的抒發
或是一句溫柔的告白
亦或是寫下從未說出口的對白
讓這些文字透過布料增加傳達時的溫度
將文字的溫度刻印在舊布料上，注入藝術新生命。

最後會幫大家拼組成一件約六米長的大尺幅布幔
年底有機會在藝文空間展出！

－　布料創作募集　－

1. 材料：回收二手衣，布料材質請避免「超彈性布」（例如：羅紋布、運動材質布、毛衣針織材質布、毛巾）
2. 布料尺寸：自行剪裁成正方形，尺寸為 21×21 cm
   可用 A4 紙當比例參考，用短邊對摺長邊所形成的正方形就是了！
3. 創作範圍：往內縮 1 cm，也就是 19×19 cm
4. 創作內容：不限。
   簽自己的名字很好，或寫一段給自己/給某人的話，也歡迎自行創作圖案！
5. 創作使用媒材：不限。
   可用原子筆、彩色筆手寫，或用拼布、刺繡、縫紉等方式皆可。

王鍊登造形美學展

Visual Melody, Visual Song - Aesthetic Presentation by Lienteng Wang

－　展覽介紹　－

所謂「造型藝術」應該包含兩個不同項目：其一，是傳統認知之繪畫與雕刻。現今又列入其二，現代設計所產生之物品；如：背包、項鍊；甚至手錶等大眾帶有審美特質之生活用品。

在大眾身邊之物品，可分為實用性之物品，以及只為欣賞用之物品；後者，創作時往往只要求有「美感」之特性。

王鍊登在「純藝術」創作中，很早就開始繪作「抽象」作品；認為「具象作品」是「視覺的歌」；而「抽象作品」則是「視覺的曲」。前者混入生活中之「視覺語言」；—也就是描寫生活中的「工具」；「曲」則只是「直覺」的感受之作用；因此，「具象畫」是在描寫一種事物；「抽象畫」則直接給予「美的直覺感受」；就像在聽美好的曲子。

台灣造形藝術與現代美學生活實踐的耕耘者

王鍊登，出生於清水農家，從小品學兼優又天賦藝秉，在師大美術系七學期獲得黃君璧獎學金，因而擔任北一女美術老師並創作小綠綠儀隊前後兩套服裝設計，考上德國獎學金，成為台灣第一位留德的工業設計學者。

活躍並奉獻於造形藝術教育文化以現代比較美學思想立言，影響台灣文化發展甚鉅長久以來協助新竹地方玻璃工藝文化發展，是工藝學者、是設計師、也是造形教育家，更是極具實力的造形藝術家。

從純藝術經過現代設計洗禮，在在粹鍊出台灣式美學風格，表現多類造形藝術領域的歷史軌跡與光芒。

如果從一個邏輯脈絡上來看，莊普的幾何繪畫作品發展是掌握了—「從繪畫到幾何」的關鍵問題，是在於近年來莊普作品中愈來愈多的使用了後現代藝術脈絡中的“後”這個關鍵因素。由於「後」，莊普在 1980 年代以來的幾何繪畫，便具有自身的解釋性，也具有與冷僻純粹的現代主義沒有的溫度，它可以是歷史的、情緒的或是不同於中心性的其它視角形態。

From a logical perspective, the geometric paintings of Tsong Pu have progressively appreciated the key issue of “from painting to geometry.” In recent years, Tsong Pu has used in his works an increasing number of the key element in post-modern art (i.e., “post”). Because of “post,” his geometric paintings since the 1980s have the nature of being self-explanatory and the warmth missing in the cold and pure modernism. It can be historical, emotional, or in other perspective forms different from centrality.

莊普，一位運用理性規制達到直觀詩意的當代藝術家，1983 年以極簡風格出發，並以此聞名。他也是一個興趣廣泛的創作者，穿梭於生活語境所觸發的醍醐灌頂式的創作興味是其根本興趣。

作品無論是在複合媒材、裝置藝術或繪畫創作，擅長以自我主觀性，加入一種令人無法預期、充滿驚喜的手法，他篩瀝日常生活中，那些細微、不被注意的事物；或是外在看來平淡無奇的小事，從中提煉出對現代性場域的思考。

Tsong Pu, a contemporary artist who employs rational discipline to achieve an intuitive poeticness, became well-known for his minimalist style in 1983. With a wide spectrum of interests, he is fundamentally engrossed in the empowerment that is sparked when creating while navigating everyday life contexts. Whether through mixed media art, installations or paintings, he excels at expressing his subjective self, often incorporating unexpected and surprising elements in his practice. He sifts out the subtle, unnoticed things from daily life, or the apparently ordinary and trivial things, and from them, he distills his thoughts on modernity.

  我對說故事不那麼有興趣，正因如此，不會在藝術創作上有很敘事性或教育性的視覺藝術作品，相反的，會盡量在基本的層面表達其精神性。 我們可以理解無限大或絕對的力量，卻無法在有限的時空中表現它們，但可以用某種看來跟繪畫毫無意義的簡單事物或方法來暗示它們的存在。這個方式就是「無定形狀態，即形式的缺乏」，希望能把視覺表現降到最低，通過這樣的「負表現」，召喚對作品本身無限地沈思，而非肉眼所見的形象物，盡可能表達藝術即生活。

【展覽論述】

因為疫情的出現，打亂了人類原本的生活方式，民眾不得不戴起口罩，並習慣前所未見的防疫措施與社交距離。過往的經驗告訴我們，科技可能會使彼此距離更加疏遠，但是在疫情肆虐的時期，卻也是科技讓我們能用新的方式繼續生活著，安全地和彼此保持聯繫。而對於創作者而言，科技的引入是否能夠同樣替藝術、設計帶來新的能量，為後疫情時代開啟更多可能性？

陽明交通大學藝文中心將於9月23日至10月19日假浩然圖書館B1藝文空間舉辦『後藝情時代—2021陽明交大應藝所聯展』，展覽匯集不同領域的創作，規劃了四個展區進行呈現－「科技迭袋」、「療癒設計」、「數位工藝」、「藝同漫遊」，希望觀眾能透過漫遊於這些作品之中，體驗作者所感，經由彼此感官的交錯，重新審視自身，同時喚起觀眾對於藝術創作的想像。

走入藝文空間展場，右手側即為「科技迭袋」第一展區，由許峻誠實驗室團隊、李建佑實驗室、詹力韋實驗室，與西田社布袋戲基金會合作，將本土技藝「布袋戲」結合VR、數位設計與製造、電動裝置等新興科技的成果。在延續舊文化的同時，並透過科技演繹出新的風采，如作品《戲皮》由張慈恩、許巧妮創作運用數位製造技術裁製戲偶的服裝版型，並結合皮革工藝，將版型數位化，在創新的同時降低傳統戲偶製作的門檻；《西田社偶頭造型設計系統》是由李建佑與施帆師生共同打造透過戲偶頭部五官之資料庫，再以參數模型技術提供偶頭五官配對重組及調整之操作，使創作者得以數位方式創建新的特色偶頭；《掌中傳奇》作者陳昱誠發揮過去機械背景，創作一對電動骨架與控制手把，將時下電玩遊戲的元素，和傳統布袋戲的表演方式相互融合。《看見未見》由王子依、顏瑋辰、神雨丹、羅曉愉、劉琳共同創作，利用3D列印與影像，傳達舞台之上的觀眾所見，即布袋戲偶的華麗服飾與令人驚艷的動作，而不得見到隱藏在戲偶布袋之內那一雙雙靈巧絕技之手。

《不對稱》與《幕前幕後》為羅曉愉、神雨丹、劉琳、王子依、顏瑋辰、李家慶、王秋玄、秘子尉共同合作的作品，其中《不對稱》作品是基於「西遊記」布袋戲劇目中孫悟空和鐵扇公主的形象來設計兩個虛擬戲偶，觀眾可以對比體驗傳統布袋戲的操偶，及與VR／AR等不同操偶方式，感受不同的互動載具去操控實體／虛擬戲偶之差異；《幕前幕後》嘗試使用不同新科技媒材進行再設計。此幕前幕後區，幕前展示角色設計、情境演變，幕後可以看見布袋戲之可能未來。

第二展區「療癒設計」運用設計的力量，賦予科技除了原有的物質性之外，亦能具有療癒生命的感性及溫度，使個體在物理上／心理上，能夠重新尋回原有的平衡；觀眾走上二樓印入眼簾的首先是《智慧醫療》，由李建佑實驗室的施帆、賴威漢、張政凱，透過參數設計技術使此一建模工作大幅自動化及界面簡化，而不需CAD相關背景才能操作，醫療人員或需求者能自行完成輸入並得到可供 3D 列印之檔案，大幅提昇穿戴用具設計簡易度與普及性。《相生共癒工作坊》由吳冠儒老師帶領蔡沛軒、王子依、傅昀畇、張慈恩、黃亭捷、莊士頡共同創作，於相生共癒工作坊透過自然體驗與新媒材的運用，重新探索科技與環境的相生關係、創作與觀賞過程的療癒性、以及自然於尋常卻不日常的可能性。最後是《藏於舊時光中的感官體驗》由許峻誠實驗室的鄔銘鋮、李京蔚、蘇品儒、黃家豪共同創作，本研究團隊著重於科技福祉的探索，藉由設計多種不同的人機介面，刺激人的感官，以用設計拓展科技於高齡照護的應用情景。

第三展區「數位工藝」將參數設計融入於傳統工藝當中，使皮件、藍染、家具乃至瓷器，都能以程式規則定義模型，並藉由調整參數大量探索設計結果，最終利用數位製造實現創作。《參數式協同設計藍染》由熊姿潔將參數設計、3D列印技術結合於傳統藍染工藝中的「夾染」、「蠟染」兩大技法，透過數位化降低製作上的時間成本創造更多生產方式。《陶瓷 3D 列印》由翁子馨、張政凱利用陶土由土管透過氣壓及螺桿穩定輸出土條，再由 Delta 機器運動架構控制擠出的移動路徑，而能夠實現陶瓷 3D 列印的可能。《參數化榫接家具》由蘇楷文設計出一套製作榫接和造型設計的方式，並維持在不使用螺絲的情況下保留原木材質的榫接特性，找出能加快生產速度跳脫機具加工限制且降低技術門檻的生產方式。

《記憶X工藝X金屬》為「設計運算與數位製造」的課堂成果，精選陳昱誠、張慈恩、楊采寧、許巧妮、羅敏、張政凱、李芃萱等學生的作品，與金屬工業研究發展中心及國立台灣工藝研究與發展中心合作，運用鎳鈦合金之致動件，結合天然工藝材質所設計之互動傢飾產品。最後是由蔡佳勳所創作的《客製化皮革X參數式設計系統》藉由3D建模軟體Rhino的參數式外掛Grasshopper設計出一套幫助皮革初學者製作作品的系統。打破製作時的單一版型限制的同時也配合雷射切割機裁切版型和孔洞減少因經驗不足而導致的錯誤發生率。

第四區「藝同漫遊」拾取個體一連串的生命經驗融入於作品，觀眾能透過漫遊於這些作品之中，體驗作者所感，經由彼此感官的交錯，重新審視自身，同時喚起觀眾對於藝術創作的想像。《歷史．結晶體》由賴雯淑老師創作，利用流動的光線照射在多個不規則的壓克力多面體上時，會因每個切面的角度不一折射出多道方向各異的光線。歷史也會因視角或觀點不同，而給出各種的歷史敘事。《間諜垃圾／SPY GARBAGE》由楊馥嘉透過吉利丁既有的物質性—「能轉印其他材質表面的印刷油墨至自身」，材料本身承載的人類意識膨脹，與周圍流動的氣味、影像、聲響，一同回應包含生態、科技、身體意識在內不可分割的總體。

王竣恆《S–T–O–C–K》作品由利用即時動態影像與自動裝置表達總體經濟、政經消息、人心人性等因素形塑出股票市場中的隨機，表層的價格與技術分析，源自於數字之下的社會脈絡與市場軌跡，以無形的力量驅動股價起伏。《早安老闆》由許雅貞、吳玫暄透過動態影像與互動裝置傳達矛盾是充斥在現今社會的一個現象，人類會透過不同的詮釋方式來包裝真實的反應。沈君怡的《彼得潘的世界》透過繪本景框的限制，讓觀者和彼得潘一樣用受限的視角去觀看故事，並透過互動的手法看見溫蒂的存在以及讓彼得潘重新回到現實之中。《迷遊虛境》為「虛幻實境設計」課程學生周小淨、蔡佳勳、林沂蓁、呂彥青、王竣恆、洪敏祐、趙佳禾之作品展示，觀賞即進入虛實間的模糊地帶，探訪與迷走在各式的場域間，恍如身處夢境中，實踐感官接觸。

此次策展團隊還精心設計製作了展覽限定的「黑暗也擋不住你的閃耀」炫彩口罩，展覽期間每日限量發放25個給觀眾，口罩免費贈送，發完為止。此外，為呼應「後藝情時代」主題，9月30日舉辦的展覽開幕活動特別設計人機互動、人與電腦一搭一唱的主持演示，為虛擬與真實兩世界激發更多火花。
