反彈：洪耀彈線回顧展 1939-2023 

Rebound: Retrospective Exhibition of Hong Yao 1939-2023

洪耀1939年出生於重慶，其父為國民黨軍官，1949年隨國軍撤退來臺，留下洪耀與母親在文革期間被打為「黑五類」，其後輾轉到香港與臺灣，自此開啟其跌宕起伏的創作歷程。

洪耀一生渴望能「自由地創作」，1977年長期受壓抑的心靈，終於找到爆破的出口，創造出包含「五角星」等第一批彈線作品，每一筆彈線，都如宇宙初始熱切，不僅奔騰地宣告洪耀的真實與意念，更滿溢著生命的暴戾與溫柔。2008年洪耀於交大藝文中心舉辦「彈躍時空 ‧ 線繫古今」個展，是彈線作品首次正式公開於世人面前，旋即在藝術史上留下深刻的符碼。

2023年6月4日洪耀不幸病逝，陽明交大特邀策展人蕭瓊瑞以「反彈」為主題，開展「序曲、反彈、變奏、餘響」等四個面相，回顧洪耀一生對藝術的追尋。

Hong Yao was born in Chongqing in 1939 and unfortunately passed away due to illness on June 4, 2023. He longed for “freedom of creation” throughout his life. In 1977, his long-suppressed soul finally found an outlet, resulting in the creation of his first batch of snapline works, including “Pentagonal Star.” Each stroke of a snapline is like the beginning of the universe. These works not only vigorously express Hong Yao’s truths and thoughts but also overflow with the violence and tenderness of life. This time, the curator Chong-Ray Hsiao was invited, with “Rebound” as the theme, to review Hong Yao’s lifelong contribution to art.
